| Moisture content in sinter mixture is an important index in sinter production. Suitable and stable moisture content directly determines the output and the quality of sintering. This study backgrounds on a360m2moisture control program ongoing in the Second sinter production department of Tianjin Steel Group. The researcher analyzes the process of moisture measurement and control in sinter mixture and correspondingly designs an effective moisture control system for this program.Firstly the writer draws several thorny points in moisture measuring and controlling in sinter mixture by analyzing the technique of charging and mixing ingredients——which greatly influences moisture content in sinter production, and then works out the corresponding solution. Then in the engineering application the researcher uses the near-frared moisture meter on the site to exclude the interference factor, thus ensuring the system runs smoothly. With that, the writer finishes the online moisture measurement. Meanwhile, he suggests an update of the deployment of hardware equipments and accomplishes the comprehensive design of an expert moisture control system. This system takes two-closed-loop cascade control. The inner waterflow control circuit works on the traditional PID scheme; whereas the outer waterflow control circuit applies the self-adaption feedforward feedback and fuzzy feedback combining the mathematic model and the expert experiences. The introduction of such intelligence control effectively solves the problems of sever lag in system.On above basis, the researcher finishes the superordinate unit phase graphs, the expert moisture online reminder, abnormal alarming and the related programming. The moisture control system is successfully applied in the program launched in the Second sinter production department of Tianjin Steel Group and the control effect is proved well. The design meets the industry standard. Furthermore, the system is accepted by the factory after checking upon delivery. |
