The main field of application of sludge dewatering centrifuge is the city life sewagesludge dewatering, city water pant sludge dewatering and other industrial sewage sludgedewatering, its application by the relevant policy in China with the support of. Wastewatertreatment is an important measure to protect the environment in our country, with a mandatory,and sludge dewatering is an indispensable link in wastewater treatment. Sewage treatmentcapacity in China is increasing year by year, design of low energy consumption and highsewage treatment centrifuge, improve sewage treatment capacity, and has wide applicationprospect and practical value. The main research contents are as follows:1A comprehensive analysis of major domestic sewage treatment plant sewage treatmentsituation, how to improve sewage treatment capacity and sewage sludge dryness problems,puts forward corresponding measures. Analysis of the working principle of the hydraulicdifferential mechanism of horizontal screw centrifuge and its main components in the, and thekey components for the analysis and design. Taking WL-450type centrifuge for example,parameters of the main components of the drum in the ratio of length to diameter, depth, drum,drum of half cone angle and rotating speed of the design, parameters design of the screwconveyor.2By two different methods, the decanter centrifuge production capacity is calculate andanalyzed. The first method is to calculate the production ability of using suspension; thesecond kind of method is through the slag discharging to calculate production capacity. Theresults of the two methods are compared and analyzed, verifying the design of centrifuge canreach the expected standard. The calculation and verification based on the power consumptionof the centrifuge, the total power draw up and running state of centrifuge, according to thecorrect selection of main, auxiliary motor.3Using the finite element analysis software, the drum of horizontal screw centrifuge isdivided into three kinds of conditions in the analysis of stress and strain analysis. From thefinite element analysis of the stress of drum, the stress intensity is in the allowable stressrange; from the radial displacement shown that deformation degree drum, drum wall thicknessdesign; the drum speed optimized design.4The design of PLC control system. Automatic feedback regulation of horizontal spiralcentrifuge, using Siemens PLC control system for programming design, realize the drum speed with the material feeding quantity is automatically adjusted.Through this study, centrifuge designed can meet the requirements of the expectedproduction capacity, and energy consumption is relatively low, mud cake dryness hasimprove.
