| Mostly, the breakdown of mining mechanical excavator is due to the electrical fault, and90%of the electrical fault caused by the electrical room heating and dust, so the dust removal quality of the electrical room is the key influence factor of the equipment normal housing starts. Meanwhile, it is necessary to provide a comfortable environment to ensure the safety and reliable of the driver.According to the work environment, mine dust feature, application status of the mine excavators, combining with the actual requirement, comparing and analyzing kinds of mine filters, this paper proposed the filter tube filter used in mine excavator dust removal. By analyzing and calculating the system total volume air and positive pressure, the ash removing scheme was determined. Applying coercible gas heat insulating energy equation and free-jet stream theory, aiming at different value of jetting pressure, nozzle diameter, the calculation formulas and the relationship of jetting distance, injection aperture diameter and side mouth diameter under a certain dust load were obtained. By analyzing the dust removal mechanism, combining with the calculation of WK-55excavator, the Curve variation of the jetting pressure and nozzle diameter was plot by using Matlab.This article uses the CFD method. It uses computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to simulate the flow field and temperature field of equipment room, and gets specific temperature and velocity distribution. Through the simulation results of the analysis, it proves the feasibility of the CFD method application in equipment and electrical room. Organizes the indoor air by changing the entrance direction and area of ventilation, analyzes the results and provides a reference for the ventilation design.Based on MATLAB GUI, the operable software system is programmed, which has a powerful function of force computation calculation diagram and print. |
