Cartridge dust collector is widely used in electric power,metallurgy,food,building materials and chemical industry because of its small size,simple structure and high filtration efficiency.However,due to the filter tube diameter,fold and other reasons leading to cannnot be completely cleaned,become a major obstacle to its wide application.Therefore,a new filter structure is proposed to solve the problem that the current pulse cleaning is not complete,which can further promote the development and application of the filter dust collector.In this paper,CFD software is used to study the outflow characteristics and pulse cleaning process of the filter tube.Finally,according to the research results,a new type of filter structure is proposed to solve the problem of fine cleaning of the traditional filter.Mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The influence of the factors such as nozzle length H,nozzle diameter D,nozzle diameter ?,blowing pressure P and number of nozzles N on the uniformity of blowing was studied by orthogonal test.It was found that the influence of the intensity As follows: D> H> ?> P> N> L Wherein the nozzle diameter D has the most significant effect on the blowing uniformity.(2)The numerical simulation of the pulse jetting system of a filter cartridge shows that the flow rate of each nozzle is increasing gradually along the direction of the airflow of the nozzle,and the nozzle flow is only 76.36% of the nozzle # 8.The front nozzle has a serious eccentric problem with a maximum eccentricity of 5.18 °.(3)To solve the problem of eccentricity and inhomogeneity of the blowing system,three kinds of improvement schemes are proposed:(1)increase the diameter of the front nozzle and narrow the diameter of the rear nozzle;(2)replace the cylindricalnozzle with tapered nozzle,And change the shrink angle of the different conical nozzle;(3)1 ~ 3 # nozzle replaced with a tapered nozzle,and gradually adjust the shrink angle.Through the study of each scheme,it is found that both schemes 2 and 3 can solve the problem of inhomogeneity and eccentricity of jet airflow,but from the practical point of view,scheme three is the best.(4)In the process of pulse cleaning,the static pressure inside the filter cartridge reaches the peak from top to bottom,the lower part of the filter is the largest static pressure,and gradually decrease along the height direction;and because the pulse air velocity is very large,The Department will appear negative pressure,resulting in the upper part of the filter cartridge cleaning effect is not ideal.Increasing the nozzle diameter and the blowing pressure,the lower peak pressure of the filter cartridge is significantly increased,while the upper peak pressure increase is very small.In the injection pressure of 0.3MPa,the nozzle diameter of 9mm,16 mm,22mm corresponding to the best blowing distance of 190 mm,180mm and 160 mm,moderate increase in nozzle diameter,the best cleaning distance will be reduced.(5)the new class ? filter to change the diameter of the internal filler can only increase the peak of the lower part of the measured pressure,the upper measuring point of little impact,and the traditional cartridge is not very different.(6)When the height of the vertebral body is constant,the peak pressure of the middle and lower three points of the filter wall increases with the increase of the diameter of the filling body,and the higher the height of the vertebral body,the faster the peak pressure increases.And when the diameter of the filling body is 150 mm,the vertebral height b is 60 mm,the peak pressure distribution of the filter points is the most uniform,and the peak pressure of each measuring point is much higher than 300 Pa,and the cleaning effect is the best.
