The variable gauge of the plate is a product of thickness changing along the rolling direction which has a continuous mechanical properties and weight loss results.This project intends to use the analytical method and the test method to analyze the law of the rolling force and variable gauge rolling force control strategy during variable gauge rolling,establishment of variable gauge rolling force equilibrium equations and variable gauge of the rolling experiment by the experimental mill rolling.(1) This project use the ideology of parabolic instead of arc to get the form of rolling force differential balance equation during the increasingly thick rolling and increasingly thin rolling one region with two region.(2) Giving eath section the level of velocity distribution equation in the deformation zone when variable gauge rolling using the ideology of parabolic instead of arc.This equation provide necessary condition for the variable gauge rolling force equilibrium equations.(3) Solving unit of the pressure distribution function in deformation district of the parabola contact arc when we contact variable gauge rolling force equilibrium equations and the level of velocity distribution equation in the deformation zone with considering the tension boundary conditions.(4) Using numerical methods to solve the force equilibrium equations because the general solution contains a complex integral, we get variable gauge rolling force equilibrium equations and force with the computing capabilities of the mathematica software.(5) Eestablishment of the increasingly thick and increasingly thin rolling of the roll elastic flattening theoretical model when we contact the Hitchcock formula and the roll elastic flattening rolling theory.(6) Getting the increasingly thick rolling and increasingly thin rolling of the roll elastic flattening of the contact arc equation and the rolling pressure distribution equation when we use the roll elastic flattening concrete steps. (7) Using mathematica software programming and loop iteration procedure to solve the increasingly thick and increasingly thin of the final rolling force when we considering the elastic flattening of the roll.(8) Analyzing the different thickness of nominal exports and the different friction factor on the influence of the rolling pressure distribution equation. Analyzing the rolling force variation along the transition zone and the transition zone shape factor for the variable gauge rolling force of the law. Analyzing iteration radius of the roll and the roll elastic deformation for the rolling force of the transition zone.(9) Using the coiling four-roller reversible cold experimental unit to do the variable thickness cold rolling experiments with cold rolling sheet. After rolling, the thickness dimensions is accurate and verify the feasibility of variable thickness rolling.(10) Acquisiting the experimental data of the transition zone and thick areas and thin areas, comparing with variable thickness of the rolling force theory calculation value with the experimental value conditions, and we find two errors in about5%.And we derive the oretical results are credible. Analyzing the reason for the difference between the oretical calculations and experimental values, we think the reason for the rolling force difference is that estimate of friction peak using in the model. Comparison the the oretical value and simulated value,we find two errors in about5%. Proving the theoretical derivation for the practice guidance is meaningful.(11) We find the phenomen on the rolling force mutation in the increasingly thin rolling end points and the thick rolling start points. And we explain the reasons for the phenomenon is the change of rolling process critical point and the change of deformation zone length and the state of roll vertical movement change.
