With the development of production and the progress in science and technology,users have higher and higher requirements for the strip thickness.But,for some special steels, it is very difficult to use rolling mills that have fixed frame number to roll high accuracy of strips. Using the single stand and reversing cold rolling mill can solve the problem.So there is very important significance to study the single stand and reversing cold rolling mill.The rolling schedule is the main technological substance in strip production,and it is the fundamental guarantee for the rolling mill capactiy,product quality and accuracy the quality of shape.A reasonable schedule can give full play to the equipment capacity,reduce energy consumption,ensure the accuracy of strip products,so that rolling process can achieve the best condition. With the development of rolling steel,its coherent technology is also developing,so it has not been able to meet production demand only by the experience of the traditional method, especially in the area of single stand and reversing cold rolling mill.In this paper,the research on the theory is implemented based on the horizontal topic about the single stand and reversing cold rolling mill which cooperated with a steel work,the primary mission is that researching rolling schedule and optimized for that rolling mill’s Level2control system. So how to reasonable put intelligent algorithm in the rolling schedule will have important significance for improving the high production and high accuracy of the strip.The main content of this paper is as follows:First of all,the construction and the production process flow are analysed and the wholly functional design of the L2level control system of this rolling mill is introduced.Next,The outline design is done according to functional requirements.At last,I design and realize rolling manage modular.Next,The proper regulations which fits the rolling mill is designed,the mathematical model is determined.The data trends of the rolling regulations is analysed after the steps of how to realize the regulations are designed.Then several simulations were committed on the strip steel.In the next place,based on the features of the single stand reversible mill,the proper objective function of the rolling regulations that appeals to this mill is designed,the constrain conditions is formulated and the rolling passes are improved.Next the optimization is done through adaptive genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm separately and a comparison is done between them.Finally,the particle swarm algorithm is determined to be used in the thesis after the researches are analysed.At last,the data preparation function,the initialization function and the optimization function that needed to be realised for the optimized milling system are designed. Then,through abstractic analysis the classes involved with the milling system is analysed.The author analyse the data preparation,the initialization and the optimization in the view of the classes order.Under the platform of VS2008,the author establish and realize the milling optimal system and simulate the milling process.
