This article analyzes characteristics and shortcomings of the PW type, BT type, BG type, universal section-type distributor. Co-sponsored a new distributor with a company. The distributor is the core component of the high-temperature furnace, therefore, ensure the normal operation of the distributor is the premise of ensuring the normal working of the high-temperature furnace. In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-temperature furnace distributor(namely:does not exist dead during exercise of the high temperature furnace fabric distributor,the structural strength of the high-temperature furnace to meet the forms of exercise of the high-temperature furnace distributor),the following aspects:The movement and dynamic simulation based on the pro/e. Simulate the relationship equation of the distance between two points and the angular of the distributor then, Thus to establish the relationship between the hydraulic cylinder stroke and tilt angle of the distributor.Structure strength calculation based on the ansys. Due to the complexity of the institutional structure, strength calculation of hazardous components, provide a basis for structural design, ensure the structural strength to meet the movement requirements.
