Along with the frequency of extreme weather, people gradually realize the importance of environment, environmental protection consciousness gradually enhanced. Facing the environmental pollution and energy crisis, countries begin to study and promote energy conservation and environmental protection policy in succession. Especially after the Copenhagen meeting, low-carbon manufacturing has become the consensus of the world, countries also put forward their own energy conservation and emissions reduction targets in succession. According to the economic indicator statistics of the national energy consumption and the auto industry energy consumption says:the total energy consumption of the auto industry from2007to2010is1198,1136,1241,1206(unit:Million tons of standard coal), the accounted of the total national energy consumption respectively for4.73%,3.9%o,4%,3.71%. Automobile is the product of social and economic development, also is one of the main traffic tools of modern society, in the face of high energy consumption, high emission, auto industry also faces environmental protection pressure, implementation of energy-saving and emission reduction policies in the field of auto production has the necessity and urgency.Based on auto production system as research object, this paper use the Petri net and an estimation method based on the classification of fuel for identification analysis and quantitative research of carbon emission source of auto production system. Firstly, analyzed the characteristics of auto production system, it is an dynamic system which is open, discrete, nonlinear and uncertainty, based on it, put forward carbon-manufacturing of auto production system, and analysis the present situation and problems of carbon emissions for auto production system, analysis the energy consumption structure and carbon emissions characteristics of auto production system, and analysis the carbon flow combine with energy flow and material flow of auto production system. Then combined with Petri net doing modeling analysis of carbon emission source identification of auto production system, carbon emissions of automotive production system come mainly from energy consumption and carbon emissions involved in four big auto production processes; energy consumption and carbon emissions of material movement from production workshop; energy consumption and carbon emissions from energy consumption of Waste treatment and energy recovery, then establish carbon emission source identification model of auto production system based on Petri net, do carbon source influence analysis. Then study energy consumption and carbon emissions calculation methods at home and abroad, selecting estimation method based on the classification of fuel for the research, collects and calculate the carbon emission coefficient of auto production system, combined with the choiced estimation method to establish carbon emissions quantification formula of auto production system. At the end of the paper select a passenger car production system as the research object, calculate and analysis carbon emissions of the passenger car production system and get:carbon emissions of Auto production system come mainly from power and compressed air, energy consumption of coating is the main influence factors of total carbon emissions. Against the results the authors put forward energy conservation and emissions reduction measures for the four process and material movement, as well as macro advices on energy conservation and emission reduction for enterprise and national, etc.
