Rapid development of national economy, the environmental requirements also more and more high, clean environmental protection of coal use is becoming more and more attention. Vibrating screen points as an important equipment coal handling equipment is widely used in various othercoal preparation plant, the processing of coal, screening and clean plays an important role.High frequency vibrating screen is a vibrating screen are commonly used in the coal preparation plant, this paper takes GPS244type high-frequency vibrating screen as the research object, parameter selection and calculation of vibrating screen, get the relevant kinematics and dynamics parameters of vibrating screen, and USES the Creo Parametric3d software has carried on the structure design of vibrating screen.Statics analysis of vibrating screen is analyzed with mechanics, and mechanics model is set up, analysis and calculation of the vibrating screen load type and load size. According to the calculation of the load size, the use of ANSYS Workbench software statics analysis of the key components of the vibrating screen, support beams have been obtained respectively and spring bearing, the stress and deformation of the cloud statics analysis results show that the main stress components support beams and spring bearing design is reasonable, the strength and reliability.Dynamics analysis of GPS2445vibrating screen box of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. Through the modal analysis, obtained the vibrating screen box first ten order modes; Through the harmonic response analysis, obtained the screen box on a scale of0-150Hz frequency under the stress, deformation and acceleration response. Also analysis the screen box in60Hz resonance frequency and15.8Hz frequency under the stress and deformation, the results show that the vibrating screen under the condition of power frequency has the very good stability and security.
