As an important equipment of coal processing,vibration screening equipment has been widely used in various levels of coal preparation plant.In this paper,the development of screening machinery is introduced,and the development and research status of the vibrating screen series used in the screening machine are introduced in detail.In this paper,GPS1431 type vibrating screen as the research object,the selection and calculation of the parameters of vibration sieve,the kinematics and dynamics parameters of vibration sieve,and the use of the vibrating screen structure design of Solidworks software,three-dimensional model of vibrating sieve.Using virtual prototype movement simulation software Adams on the GPS1431 type vibrating screen for dynamic simulation,the simulation results and theoretical calculation and field test of three of the vibrating screen box key points of speed,acceleration and displacement were analyzed,the vibration sieve parameters meet the design requirements.Static analysis,the mechanical analysis of the vibration screen,the establishment of mechanical model,analysis and calculation of the load type and size of the shaker.On the basis of load calculation,the static analysis of vibrating screen key force components by using ANSYS software.The deformation and the stress nephogram of the screen box,static analysis results showed that the overall structure of the screen box design is reasonable,reliable strength.In the aspect of dynamic analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out for the GPS1431 type vibrating screen.Through the modal analysis,the first 10 order vibration mode of the vibrating screen box is obtained.Through the harmonic response analysis,the stress,deformation and acceleration response of the screen box at 0-100 Hz frequency is obtained.Through the topology optimization method to optimize the vibration sieve box,so that the safety performance of the vibrating screen is higher.
