| High temperature steam flooding snubbing technique is used to solve the problem of injectiontemperature operation, string operation need to be replaced at the environment of more than260℃,this brings great difficulty to the job of construction workers. So, develop a technology which canbe performed no snubbing and under a high temperature case is imminent, and there is goodpromotionprospects.This paper develop a new vehicle, integrated high temperature snubbing equipment based onthe traditional snubbing technology, take the whole structure, power, operating integrated design,design a vehicle-mounted snubbing operation machine system, study focus on the operating systemfrom the next (BOP systems and power transmission chain components). Analyze the force andfailure causes of seal combining with the ram BOP principle, set up mechanical model under sealcontact pressure, Through the finite element analysis software to accurately simulate the seal rubbercore structure to meet the requirements of the allowable strength; chain transfer power from thelower column operations as a core component of this device，is the first in domestic market, canensure the lifting tonnage is40T, Lowering40T, a height of not less than from under10m, startingat a speed of not less than6meters per minute. In the lower pipe column process, the researchobject is the chain, sprocket meshing contact, establishing load-bearing structure mechanicsanalysis model, based on multi-body dynamics theory, analyzing the bearing structure of snubbingunder two conditions of lift tubing in and lowering the oil pipe, assessing the safety performance ofbearing structure by introducing stress classification. Simulating roller chain drive system by usingADAMS simulation design software, finally draw a conclusion, when the link is about biting intothedrivesprocket,whichsuffered tensionandfluctuationamplitudesaremaximized.Finally, doing field simulation test for the high temperature snubbing BOP system and pipecolumnoperation system. |
