Research On Safety Management Of CNPC In Ning Lu

After joining WTO, China’s increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, in particular about the profits and costs, the term of security gradually takes people’s attention, in the1990s, safety management in the enterprise was paid more and more attention. Taking into account the kind of explosive oil is flammable, hazardous and toxic substances are dangerous goods, Chinese oil companies’production safety situation was extremely severe, frequent types of accidents, safety management has once again become the focus of attention. Strategic adjustment of state-owned enterprises and the key to deepening the reform period, China petroleum have made major restructuring and adjustment of its subsidiaries, and optimized the company organization structure and the allocation of human resources, business development and reform takes complex challenges to the safety management.CNPC in Ning Lu of BaoTou is as the Inner Mongolia Baotou, a major oil marketing companies, but due to the lack of investment in security, not in theoretical research and technical equipment to strengthen the prevention of major disasters, coupled with the consciousness of workers is not high Security awareness is not high, safety skills and expertise of employees there is a gap between, on the safety of their own inadequate education and training, and other reasons, resulting in safety management is not perfect and strengthen the security risks remain, the possibility of accident always exists. In this paper, the Division for the oil header CNPC in Ning Lu of BaoTou study analyzed the tide of reform of the security management problems to be solved and the emergence of the new situation, the company now faces the problems and the status and challenges, analysis of existing issues reasons. In this study, the Secretary of the oil header CNPC in Ning Lu of BaoTou analysis, presented the factors that need to be considered for managers to make decision, formulated corresponding countermeasures, eventually promote the safety management level of CNPC in Ning Lu of BaoTou, also give some references for mangers making decisions and security personnel operating.
