With the social and economic progress, oil fractuirng process also get great progress, onfractuirng process, project quality management otfen determines the success or failure ofoilfield development on fractuirng proccss, while Fracturing lfuids with liquid concentrate isan important part of management and oilfield fracturing project.This article based on actual investigation and understanding of liquid fractuirng lfuidproject on oil production plant.First of all，Starting from the present situation of researchproject quality management and research signiifcance，then this article analyzes the importantstatus and role of quality management in the oil production plant’s fractuirng fluid concentratewith liquid project. Secondly, This paper speciifc to the W Production Plant fractuirng fluidwith centralized quality management solution project for the study, it describes the status of Wwere three aspects of fractuirng fluid centralized oil production plant with liquid projcct: theproject overview, project quality system and the quality of the implementation of theproject.Again, from three aspects of the project quality plan, quality control, quality assuranceand other analyzes the factors affecting the project process; Finally, this paper presents theobjectives and programs of quality improvement, quality control, improvement of qualityassurance on W oil Production Plant concentrate with liquid project.
