Study On Rinsing And Sewage Mixed Injection Technology In Hade4Oilfield

Since the development of Tarim oilfield, the clear water and sewage was processed andreinjected separately. Thus two pipeline system were required. The method increased bothground construction investment and the difficulty of the operation and work; Due to thedifferences between two kinds of water quality, the process has not eliminated or partlyeliminated the scaling formation, as the mixed water scaled and caused damage to reservoir,and make the injection water corrosion and scaling factors complicated.Under this background, Tarim oilfield and Xi’an Shiyou university cooperated on theresearch for Hade4oilfield mixed injection technology. The two kinds of water were mixed,pH value was adjusted to produce seed crystal to induce scaling, then the generated crystalswere removed by flocculation, at the same time, water stabilizer was added to ensure stabilityof water. Followed this technical ideas, after a half-year experiment, the corresponding indoorexperimental results were obtained.The main content of Hade4oilfield rinsing and sewage mixed injection technologyresearch includes: rinsing and sewage quality analysis; determination the main factors ofcorrosion and scaling; The matching test of rinsing and sewage, ion reactions in the mixedwater and their characteristics; static and dynamic test of related medicament, and thecompatibility study of medicament; research on dosing point, mixed reaction mode andreaction time; study on compatibility of mixed water with formation water; research on theeffects of reservoir physical properties; the determination of the best process solution.According to the research result, we think that rinsing and sewage mixed injection iscompletely feasible in theory, there was also a successful precedent in practical process. Theimplement of this research can achieve the purpose of reducing investment and simplificationof the processing procedure and protecting reservoir.
