With increasing in exploration and demanding for petroleum resources, low-permeability reservoirs has become an important target of exploration and development in the future in China.Due to fracture developed and poor property in low-permeability oilfield, with the rapid rising of water cut of oil wells and presurre of injection wells, water channeling is serious and effective response for water fooding is uneven, the ratio of low production and effective wells is large, EOR is low. Effect of water flooding in low permeability oilfield is sensitive to development well patem. As a result, research on reasonable well pattern for low permeability oilfield can make oil reserves in low permeability oilfield develop faster, which isvery important to sustain and stable development of the field. In this paper, Wu Cang oil reservoir is the main object of study,With use of petroleum geology theory and based on lots of drilling, logging, testing data to study the area of the structure, depositional system characteristics, the main reservoir microfiches, sand body morphology and distribution, reservoir characteristics and the plans of development and soon. Based on extensive research to study the identification of well spacing about well network of the water flooding development of low-permeability reservoir, including the critical technological well spacing, critical economic wells pacing, the economic optimum well spacing and reasonable well spacing, analyze thed evelopment effect of the inverted nine-spot rhombus well pattern and square well pattern. Last, Optimization test area test scheme design. In brief, the development strategy were proved to bereasonable on the development Process of Wucangbao block, it had an important contribution to enhance oil recovery.
