| The Chengdao oilfield of Shengli is located in the extra-neritic area, south of Bohai bay, Hekou District, Dongying City, Shandong Province. The water depth is 0-15m. Structurally, it is in the southeast tip of Chengbei low arch--the juncture of Jiyang depression and Bozhong depression. Since 1988, seven sets of oil-bearing series have been found, with reported reserves in place of 36546 ×104t by the end of 2002. The upper Guantao formation is the main oil-bearing series here with proved reserves of 28252 × 104t, accounting for 89.6% of the total ones.In this paper, according to the engineering conditions of upper Guantao reservoir in No.l block during development and based on thoroughgoing and painstaking geological research, each development technique suitable to it is studied using numerical simulation and various reservoir engineering methods. Our studies include natural energy and the feasibility of waterflooding, economically reasonable well pattern and well spacing, pressure maintenance level and timing of water injection, economically reasonable water-injection pattern and injection-production ratio, etc.After research, upper Guantao of Chengdao oilfield should be developed with irregular injection well-pattern and 500m well spacing. When formation pressure decreases to around 0.85 times of saturation pressure, water should be injected with the injection-production ratio of some 1.0 to replenish energy. For neritic oilfields, economic limit indexes are determined under different oil price and ways are posed to enhance recovery factor. These provide successful experience for full-scale producing anddeveloping of upper Guantao in Chengdao oilfield. From 1993 to the end of2002, there were more than 290 drilled wells and cumulative productivity of 250.2 × 104t. sales revenue accounted to 100 ×106yuan.Our studies are very important to stable production of Chengdao oilfield and the matching technologies formed can be used in the development of similar oilfields. |
