Functional lipid is a class of lipids with special nutritional and physiological functionfunction. Oils riching in polyunsaturated fatty acids and structure lipid are important components of the functional oil. Currently,1,3-di-oleic acid-2-palmitate (OPO) as a nutritional fortifier has been expanded to infant formula, infant formula foods for older infants and applications. Meanwhile, DHA from algal oil as a supplementary source of DHA for pregnant women and infants, so it is necessary to develop a sample and labor-saving methodology to analyze the OPO and algae oil samples riching in DHA.Specific contents of this study are as follows:Developing a systematic analysis is applicable to structure lipid of OPO. There are three detect technical indicators:GC-FID to " palmitic acid distribution on sn-2position rate to the total palmitic acidā‰„52%", HPLC-ELSD to "OPO using as the CN is52as percentionā‰„40%" and "PPP <10%." Structure lipid of OPO has65.60percent of OPO and3.81percent of PPP by HPLC-ELSD. The product measures up detect technical indicators. In the study, infant formula milk adding to structure lipid of OPO had been studied for the first time. The sample A, B and C had more than40percent of palmitic acid distribution on sn-2position and74to88percent of oleic acid distribution on sn-1,3position. The test result is consistent with the label data. The establishment of a GC-MS analysis of qualitative and quantitative detected the fatty acid composition of algae oil samples. The characteristics fatty acid were C14:0, C16:0, DHA and DPA. And six algae oil samples had been identified by fatty acid composition. Sample A is Ulkenia sp.. Sample B, C,D and E are Schizochytrium sp.. Sample F is Schizochytrium limacinum. In this tudy, a simple strategy was developed to fully identify LCPUFA-riche TAGs. UPLC-Q-Tof-MS/MS was used to quantitate and qualitatate analysis of samples algae oil TAGs.19kinds of TAGs had been quantitated and qualitatated of six algae oil samples for the first time. There were consistent distribution of DHA and DPA on sn-1,2,3position. TAGs was37to52percention with two DHA and DPA fatty acyls,13to19percention with three DHA and DPA fatty acyls, and16to29percention with one DHA and DPA fatty acyl. Simultaneously,48to58percention DHA+DPA was distributed on sn-2position rate to the total DHA+DPA.Algae oil samples had been catalytic alcoholysis reaction by Lipozyme RM IM. Control process of catalytic alcoholysis reaction, DHA and DPA from algae oil samples were in the form of DAGs, TAGs and fatty acid ethyl ester by alcoholysis reaction. Finally, solvent crystallization alcoholysis reaction solution reached DHA enrichment purposes. The final product is a mixture of DHA and DPA DAGs, TAGs and fatty acid ethyl ester.
