In the process of deep mining, the Mesozoic Jurassic coal seams in China are threatened by the roof sandstone pore-fissure groundwater damage. The analysis of the hydrogeological conditions and advance dewatering are important measures to solve the problems in roadway excavation and face mining.Based on consulting foreign and domestic relevant literature and investigation of hydrogeological conditions of the mine water, the paper takes the Selian coal mine as the research object, analyzing the source of water, the water passageway and then evaluating the draining water of12205face. Especially, The paper does some researches on the pore-fissure groundwater of123093-1coal seam roof. The mathematical model is established about the sandstone aquifer between3-1and2-2coal seam and calculated with numerical model method, it makes a calculation and comparative analysis of the horizontal well stimulation tests along different lithology layers for the purpose of guiding the horizontal well drainage test of3-1seam. The result shows that through the GMS simulation method, When the flow is same that hit medium sandstone is dewatering easily. This is of guiding significance in actual construction and that advance dewatering, the roof of sandstone won’t appear cementation or half cementation and mudding when happen water and the phenomenon of tension strength is low of first mining face. Which is a geological safety guarantee for the working face excavation and mining.
