Based on the current status of the multi-stage coal belt conveyor centralized control system, this paper presents the centralized control system based on CAN bus and MODBUS protocol combining eight conveyor design. CAN bus has been widely used in industrial, MODBUS protocol is also recognized as the standard protocol, we use a combination of both, making the centralized control system more stable and reliable, intelligent. The system has started voice warning, failure voice alarm, alarm indicator various types of sensors; real-time monitoring, data storage, data query, dynamic analysis of various sensor data and other functions.Multi-level belt conveyor centralized control system consists of integrated protection device, console, PC interface, a variety of sensors. Hardware centralized control system of this paper are the master control system, the slave control system and PC components. Master Control System Mitsubishi PLC (FX3u-32M) and the corresponding expansion modules. FX3U Series PLC than FX2N series PLC has greatly improved in performance and processing speed. FX3U Series PLC can quickly and timely processing of all types of data the system, process data more reliable, to ensure the stability of the system. Expansion module master and slave data sharing and joint control between the station and making the system compatible with other manufacturers of equipment for future use touch screen provides a convenient. P89LPC935microcontroller and using various types of sensors and external components from the station control system, can achieve the deviation, slipping, tearing, smoke, heaps of coal mines and other common failures in real-time detection, voice alarm, all kinds of alarm indicator. This article from the station control system can be set to a variety of key operating parameters, depending on the characteristics of mine, so that the flexibility of the system has been greatly improved.The system is in the actual application, good protection of the coal mine production safety and real-time fault alarm, greatly improving the level of automation and intelligent transportation equipment mining industry. This system has been adopted in Huainan Coal Eleetronics Co., Ltd., and has been used in the coal mines.
