| Nozzle is a kind of widely used in mechanical engineering and mining engineering ofkey components, it has been developing towards the trend of high performance spraying.Incoal mine, when using the wet dusting in order to achieve efficient and economic effect of thedusting, some scholars has made some previous’s studies for the spraying performance ofthe nozzle in coal mine about the working parameters and structure parameters of the coalnozzle. this paper, on the basis of this research,considering the influent factors of nozzle’sholes phenomena,and made a simulation study and expriment for internal flow filed andoutflow flow filed of coal nozzle.Firstly,this paper made a research for the nature of liquid atomization process from theangle of atomization mechanism of nozzle,Reveal the fact that the atomization is led by fluid’sfracture under the action of the internal and external forces.Secondly, take the pressure swirl atomizer as the research object,took a simulationresearch to the movement’s situation of the internal fluid and to explore its internal fluidmotion law,get the influence conclude about the working pressure of nozzle of coal mine andthe diameter size of nozzle, which used to guide the rational use of coal nozzle.In addition, in order to multi-angle and comprehensive exploration the efficient’s spraysituation about coal nozzle, this paper also make a research from the angle of reducing thenozzle tone holes phenomenon and the liquid atomization gas liquid two phase flow field,through the simulation study about the nozzle of K coefficient get conclution, the nozzle of Kcoefficient can effectively inhibit the holes phenomena of nozzle tone, of which in a greatextent, improve the efficiency of the nozzle spraying.Through the simulation study aboutnozzle flow field of gas liquid two phase flow obtained the best position of dust catcher andchange sitution of drop’s particle diameter under the inlet pressure of nozzle about2MPa. Finally, in da tong yan zhi shan coal mine’s experimental platform,we had carried outthe spray experiment and verified the simulation results the same time,we also had analyzedthe experiment results. |
