With the rapid development of national economy and people’s living needs gradually improving, demand for aluminum is also increasing, the amount of aluminum production hit record highs. Modern aluminum industry mainly uses aluminum trough provisioning methods, such aluminum smelting process requires a great deal of energy, a large part of energy in the process of heating the cell is converted to heat. However, this process requires the electrolytic solution is maintained at a higher temperature range, at this temperature environment, to extract the aluminum crystals. If we can reduce and refine the appropriate temperature range, the electrolyte in a suitable crystallization temperature of the environment, for large aluminum plant will greatly reduce power consumption, for the sustainable development of great significance.The main purpose of this lesson is to design an ARM-based primary crystallization temperature detection system, the system for the embedded Linux operating system to ARM7Cortex-A8model series as the main processor. Through the distal end of the thermocouple temperature gun to measure the temperature of electrolyte in the cell, the temperature signal is converted to a voltage signal, since the voltage signal generated by the smaller, the need for further conditioning of the voltage signal, including amplifying the voltage signal transmitted, filtering.
