Shenyang West Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion Project Construction Schedule Management Research

Since the18th CPC national congress，the ecological environment constructionhad been an important work of our country，but the overall situation is notoptimistic，as a result improve the water environmental quality in china so that thewastewater could be treated effectively has been one of the important method toimprove water environment.Papers is mainly based on the research and summarization of constructionschedule control in urban sewage treatment plant project at home and abroad；and isanalysis and research in Shenyang west sewage treatment plant expansion projectinto four parts.The first chapter is begin with speed up the construction of sewage treatmentplant is the important measure to solve the water environment pollution.Then theauther put forward the important meaning and the purpose of research in sewagetreatment project schedule control. After conclude the project construction schedulecontrol,the auther put forwards the research method of this paper,there are literatureanalysis method, the method of combining the theory with practice,combiningqualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method. And the main content of studyis how to find the main problem of the project which named the west sewagetreatment plant expansion project in Shenyang by analysis the difficulty of theconstruction,then find the solution of the problem and check out by practice.All thework is to protect the speed of the construction. Second,the main problems of the project named the west sewage treatmentplant expansion project in Shenyang are the project construction requires pumpinglarge amount of water because of high underground water level,slope protectionproblem after slotting because of geological condition and lack of working surface;consider the limit of work surface,how to solve construction arragement and materialdelivery problem to ensure all the unit started to work at the same time; how to solvethe conflict between civil engineering construction and electromechanicalinstallation;In this part,the author also put forwards the opinions and suggestions ofthe present situation, the difficulty of construction,civil engineering,equipmentinstallation,the quality of water filling,site sign,design change etc.The third chapter analysis for the above problems, find out the cause of theproblem.Then the auther put forward how to speed up the progress of theconstrucion by optimizing the organization of civil engineering construction andinstallation construction orginazation scheme and by coordinating the implement ofcivil engineering construction and installation construction. By optimizing severalspecial construction scheme, solve the problem of pumping large amount ofwater;collapse of slope;material delivery.Though strict quality control and efficientwater filling test,solve the problem of seepage of water filling structure.Buildingconstruction site progress target control management system,to control designchange and site sign.The fourth chapter,the auther find for measures called the sign of contract, theowner organization, economic guarantee, technology guarantee.All of above areinfluence the project schedule indirectly but are proved decisive in all theconstruction schedule. Analysis respectively on the impact of four factors onconstruction schedule control mechanism, the auther put forwards that the rigor ofcontract clause is the legal basis and mandatory constraint of construction progressgarantee,the owner’s organization ensure unified and orderly of the construction schedule control,economic guarantee is the basic and incentive measure for fastenthe construction schedule of project;technology guarantee can speed up the scheduleby improve the process and management of construction.Through the study,the auther provide reference for the urban sewage treatmentplant construction project, exploring speed up the ways and means of urban sewagetreatment plant construction projects, and also provide some suggestions to speed upthe pace of our country water environment pollution treatment, and to improve thewater environment quality in china.
