In recent years,the competition in the construction market,the China metallurgical construction engineering project is more and more strict with the time limit for a project owner,especially in the process of project bidding,construction period is an important consideration.In order to improve the progress of the projects of construction enterprise management ability and level,improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprise,this paper takes Baosteel 4 # CGL electrical installation engineering project as the research object,in view of the practical experience of project schedule management,analysis and summary.In this paper,the related literature material schedule management involved in the research content of sorting,induction,classification,the part of related theory,based on the project schedule management on Baosteel 4 # galvanized electric sorting and analyzing relevant data of the project,the research progress of the control in Baosteel 4 # galvanized electrical engineering project construction in the process of development,management methods,results and enlightenment,put forward the measures to strengthen the construction enterprise to the schedule management ability: adopt match the features with the project organization structure form,perfect the management system for schedule control,according to the schedule,the rational allocation of the resources construction,strengthen the organization communication and coordination,take appropriate economic measures,in the construction,the application of advanced construction technology in the construction process of refining the work schedule.Finally,to strengthen enterprise on the outlook for schedule control: the use of information technology,such as BIM technology,all aspects of management and coordination,fast,improve the efficiency of problem solving and the coordinationbetween the parties,to improve the efficiency of construction,to guarantee the time limit for a project;Quantitative analysis was carried out on the construction process and control,to better grasp the duration of the activity in each process,to improve the accuracy of the schedule adjustment.
