In recent years, with the development of coal industry improving towardsthe direction of highly intelligent, the safety accidents of coal industry arereducing, but the proportions of total gas accident and gas accident death tollremain the same. Mine driving faces are of frequent occurrence sites of gasaccident, and local ventilator is the main equipment in the tunneling of theproduction, its working reliability affects the safety of driving face productiondirectly, the intelligence of the control system depends on advanced andadaptability. The intelligent level of traditional roadway driving ventilationsystem is still falling behind; most of them are still manual control. At present,some mine adopts variable-frequency adjustable-speed, but it still control the airvolume manually, and couldn’t control the motor automatically, energyconsumption of ventilation system is still large, gas accumulation problemhaven’t been solved thoroughly, and the situation restricts the development ofcoal industry in our country seriously.According to the problem above, this paper makes a deep research in thecoal mine driving faces in local ventilation theory, and presents a doublefuzzy-self-adjusting fuzzy control strategy which is used in the local ventilatorcontrol system, in the mean time, a fuzzy control system in intelligent speedcontrol for local ventilation has been designed. The design method of the fuzzycontrol system of this method has carried on the modeling and simulation, andthe corresponding platform for the experimental platform has been set up, afterexperimental debugging, the results show that the experimental platform can operation correctly according to the control rules. In this paper, the specificresearch contents are as follows:Current coal mine gas processing method and key technology has beenelaborated, the domestic and international mine local ventilator and airregulation technology, intelligent control technology research status of auxiliaryfan, the roadway driving in combination with local ventilation theory has beenintroduced, the technical and function status of local fan speed regulation smartsystem and equipment layout and control strategy of control system has beenanalyzed, the design of intelligent auxiliary fan speed control technicalindicators of the fuzzy controller has been put forward in this paper, detailedcontrol method to determine the local ventilator frequency control of motorspeed on the overall scheme of the fuzzy controller has been developed.Based on the fuzzy control method in condition established the controlsystem of membership functions and fuzzy control rules, analyzed severaldynamic performance of fuzzy controller. According to function of the systemrealized, based on the conventional two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithmusing the adjustment factor optimization controller performance, and simulatedthe model by MATLAB. The results show that the controller of self-tuningfactor optimization response speed. Analysis of the three-phase asynchronousmotor vector control method, and simulated the model by MATLAB., thesimulation result shows that this kind of modulation method can meet the indexof control system design, prepare for the hardware programming.On the basis of the complete System simulation, design the primary loop ofthe control System, determine the DSP (Digital Signal Processor) model, designthe hardware System, including the control circuit Power supply module, signalsampling and conditioning circuit module, communication module, the APSmakes (Applied Power System makes) fault latch and buffer circuit modulestructure, the selection of circuit parameters, the test data. In parts of the testresults show that the hardware circuit structure is reasonable, the parameters arecorrect, stabilization is fine. Based on the hardware platform, determine the local fan frequency controlsoftware overall scheme of the fuzzy controller, design the controller mainprogram and subroutines using C language, including interrupt subroutine, fuzzycontrol subroutine, frequency conversion subroutine, such as function modulessubroutine, carried on the debugging of each functional module subroutine.Debugging results show that the system software writing is reasonable, flexible,strong portability. Local fan is proved by software and hardware joint debuggingand frequency control of motor speed control system of fuzzy control scheme iseffective, the experiment platform can operate correctly according to the controlrules.
