| As the main raw material of iron and steel smelting industry,coke plays a huge role in the development of the entire human society.During the whole process of coke production,the stability of coke oven collector pressure will determine the quality of coke produced,and will also affect the service life of the coke oven and the surrounding environment.Therefore,the stability control of coke oven collector pressure is crucial in the entire coke oven production process.Coke oven gas collector pressure system is a complex nonlinear system with multivariable,strong coupling and strong disturbance.The industrial production process is very complex and the control is difficult.With the development of science and technology,the modern coking industry mostly uses multiple coke ovens in parallel,and the number of gas collectors also increases.Top loaded coke ovens above 7 meters are the most common.There will be various interference factors in the production process of coke ovens,and there will be strong coupling between systems,which leads to poor overall control effect of the system,and there is also a lack of system model for this type of coke oven gas collector pressure system.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis,based on the actual coke oven production in the coking plant,analyzes the characteristics of the pressure system of the coke oven gas collector,and based on the mechanism modeling method,constructs a pressure model of the coke oven gas collector with two parallel six gas collectors for the current production process of most coke ovens,and verifies that the model conforms to the characteristics of the coke oven gas collector pressure system,such as multivariable,strong coupling,and multi disturbance,through simulation.For the problem of decoupling and poor control effect of traditional single loop PID control mode,this thesis attempts to use fuzzy decoupling control to decouple the pressure system of coke oven gas collector,and designs a self-adjusting fuzzy controller to decouple each coke oven gas collector into a single control loop,and control the stability of coke oven gas collector pressure;On this basis,aiming at the problem of blower speed optimization,a blower speed optimization control system is designed,which enhances the control correlation between the coke oven gas collector pressure system and the blower system,and can optimize and adjust the blower speed without affecting the stability of the coke oven gas collector pressure,thus reducing the waste of energy.The final effect is simulated by Simulink module in Matlab to obtain simulation curves and compare them.The simulation research shows that the method adopted in this thesis can not only stabilize the pressure of coke oven gas collector,but also optimize the blower speed without affecting the stability of gas collector pressure.The control effect is good,which proves the effectiveness of the method in this thesis. |
