Intrinsically safe electromagnet is one of the coal mine specialexplosion-proof type of electrical equipment, which is used as the keyparts in electromagnetic pilot valve design, and its safe and effectivework is able to provide pilot valve work reliably, so that it can improvethe performance of the electro-hydraulic control system used in hydraulicsupport, and provide basic guarantee for the coal mining enterprisesrunning safely and efficiently. Therefore, researching the dynamic andstatic performance of intrinsically safe electromagnet is helpful fordesigning and producing the intrinsically safe electromagnet of highperformance and high reliability, which I think have the very importantpractical significance and scientific value.This project started from the research of the structure of theintrinsically safe electromagnet, working principle and technicalperformances indicators, as well as the influencing factors of variousperformance indicators, then determined the test project of the test software. Then combining electromagnet performance testing hardwaredevices which was designed by other schoolmate from the samelaboratory, after studied its functions and combined with the test project, Iput forward the overall test plan and test process.Using LabVIEW software design and development platform andvirtual instrument technology, this paper programming to realize theremote communication and control of PC to PLC and programmablepower supply, the control function of PC to servo motor, and the sensordata acquisition by Integration card, and finally achieved intrinsically safeelectromagnet static displacement-force curve, current-force curve andthe dynamic performance test, the test data storage, data processing andthe historical data query and retrieval functions, and report generation andother functions.The idea of software design and development is modular design.Test software is divided into user login module, system self-checkingmodule, test parameters setting module, data acquisition module, dataprocessing module, the remote control module, data query and reportgeneration module. Data flow control mode which is the most popular atpresent is adopted in the design process of programming, and the dataparallel processing method, program state machine structure, the structureof the producers-consumers, event processing structure and so on wereused to improve the program background running rate, and optimize the performance of the program.After repeated joint debugging and tests between the hardware andsoftware, and ultimately reached the design requirements. After the test,this topic developed this intrinsically safe electromagnet dynamic andstatic performance test system software can quickly and accurately testand calculate the dynamic and static performance indicators of theintrinsically safe electromagnet,and it also lay a solid foundation for thefundamental research of the intrinsically safe electromagnet by otherresearchers.
