Hydrostatic guideway as basic components in the system of manufacture equipment,its good static and dynamic for cargo platform to realize the precision positioning and accurate movement, as the key part of machine tool bearing components, its performance has a great influence the quality of machine tool processing, it is necessary to study its performance.Based on the theory of Reynolds equation, the numerical solution of hydrostatic lubrication properties.With the application of commercial CFD, more convenient application of modern computing technology to Reynolds equation is solved numerically.In this paper, the static pressure of a heavy duty CNC machine tool is studied, and the relationship between the performance parameters of the static pressure rail is studied.Firstly, this paper introduces the hydrostatic guideway lubrication theory and Reynolds equation of numerical solution method, numerical algorithm, finite difference method and relaxation iteration, establish hydrostatic guideway theory are used to solve the model, using the finite difference and iterative method for solving Reynolds equation relaxation to derive the lubrication characteristics of the hydrostatic guideway.Secondly, establish the mathematical model of open type hydrostatic guideway, the static dynamic characteristics research and analysis, research the carrying capacity, static stiffness and power loss and static characteristic parameters, also of hydrostatic guideway of the oil film stiffness and natural frequencies of the dynamic characteristic parameter in analysis research, a certain guiding significance to the improvement of the static pressure guide rail lubrication characteristics and engineering application.Finally, in the commercial CFD software of hydrostatic guideway in flow field numerical simulation to build a three-dimensional model of the flow field in the hydrostatic guideway, obtained in the fluent flow of pressure and velocity contours, for the analysis of flow field in practical engineering provides a certain reference value.
