Study On The Preparation And Quality Standards Of Qi Dan Granules

Qidan Granules, which is made from Radix Astragali、Radix Et rhizome salviae miltiorrhizae and other four kinds of herbs, is an effective prescription for treating protection of liver. The author has made an experimental study on its preparation and quality standards.Objective:To optimize the Qidan Granules experimental study on its preparation and quality standards.Methods:(1) Taked extracting ratio and the content of Astragaloside IV as index,the process of water extract include Radix Astragali、Radix Et rhizome salviae miltiorrhizae was made with single factor checking and orthogonal design method;Taked extrcting ratio and the cintent of Schisandrin as index,the process of alcohol extract Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis was mad e with single factor checking and orthogonal design method Taked extracting ratio and the content of Astragaloside IV as index,the process of purity of water extracting was made with single factor checking and orthogonal design method.(2) To screen better excipient and better ratio of the excipients and to improve the formability of Qidan granule,and resistant to moisture of the granules and formulation process was optimized.(3) the part of medicine were indentified respectively by TLC.Thecontent of Astragaloside IVwas determined by HPLC.Results:Determined the best conditions included water extract、alcohol extract and the process of purity、concentration and desiccation.The best excipients and its formula were 29 extract and 19 excipients,and the granule was better made by 90% alcohol.Conclusions:The preparation process is stable and feasible,and the quality standards specific and reproducible. It can make the best use of the clinical results.
