With the development of farmland-grading and ranking, the project gains an unprecedented high speed. Certain achievements are made in theory together with practice. Geography Information System, as one of the technological means used in farmland-grading and ranking, plays an important role. Spatial analysis is the main characteristic from other normal information systems. This dissertation mainly focused on the study of farmland's grading using spatial analysis and described the course of realizing.Firstly, the article introduced the spatial analysis in the agricultural land grade's application present situation, realized the method and the method angle from the spatial data model has carried on the analysis.Secondly, the discussed in vector,raster,vector and raster hybrid model,vector and raster UNM and factor way agricultural land grade contour line DEM production the division of grading units. Then, in view of the spatial analysis in the factor law agricultural land grade's main application, the multi-chart level superimposition computation, a unit standard function minute computation realized and so on, the union grade example analyzes has realized the process.Finally, several problems about spatial analysis used in farmland's grading are discussed, the forecasting a re also presented in the end.
