It is well known that safety is very important for civil aviation. One key research on the field of civil aviation's safety is how to quickly and efficiently organize a rescue once an emergency case happens. Airports emergency management system is a useful aid to help a rescue is organized and completed rationally and effectively.Take example by emergency rescue process of Chengdu-Shuangliu International Airport, the paper discusses information management, the optimal path and resource allocation for civil airports'emergency rescue system. First, using the ArcGIS and ArcCatalog modules of the airport emergency recue plan for the vector to achieve the airport emergency recue changes plan form the traditional paper guide to the computer information and network mode. Then the best path is introduced into the decision support subsystem of airports emergency rescue management system and an illustrative example is provided. According to the example, the theory is proved to be a good tool to resolve a lot of decision problems. Finally, with the problem is analyzed, an allocation strategy and the allocation matrices are given, which resolved problems such as low communication and terrible collaboration performance.
