Oil drilling operations are full of unknowns and complexity,which will cause various drilling accidents.When drilling accidents cannot be avoided or have already occurred,in order to minimize property losses and casualties,effective emergency rescue work should be taken in time.To prevent the accident from getting worse,and the reasonable choice of the emergency material distribution route is an important guarantee for timely and effective emergency rescue work.Therefore,this paper studies the method of emergency material distribution route planning,and uses GIS technology to visualize the planned optimal route on the map,which is of great significance to the emergency rescue of drilling accidents.Starting from the actual needs of emergency rescue in drilling accidents,this paper studies and implements a GIS-based drilling accident emergency material route distribution planning system.First of all,the actual needs of the path planning system were investigated,and the commonly used path planning algorithms and the basic process of path planning were learned,and the overall architecture,functional modules and database of the system were designed.Secondly,the basic ant colony algorithm is improved,the path weight is established using the analytic hierarchy process,the state transition probability is improved,and the external factors that affect the delivery time,such as road conditions,traffic conditions,and weather conditions,are integrated into the ant colony algorithm.,Improve the practicality of the algorithm.Then,with the minimum total delivery time of rescue supplies as the objective function,the vehicle load and the material demand at the accident site as constraints,the equivalent length is used instead of the actual path length,and the improved ant colony algorithm is used to establish a GIS-based emergency supplies distribution path plan.model.In order to verify the validity of the constructed model,a simulation experiment was carried out.The results show that the model constructed in this paper can plan a more reasonable emergency material distribution route based on the actual road condition weight matrix.Finally,according to the distribution of drilling wellsites,with the help of Arc GIS software,a real road network model of the oilfield drilling environment is established.On this basis,combined with Web GIS technology and Java language,a GIS-based drilling accident emergency material distribution route planning system is implemented.The system mainly includes functional modules such as data management,map management,and path planning.According to the distribution of different accident wellsites and the emergency material demand of each accident wellsite,the system can plan the optimal path of emergency material distribution in real time,and The results are visually displayed on the map,which is convenient for emergency rescuers to view and improves the efficiency of emergency rescue in drilling accidents.
