Hengshan Mountain Scenic Area Network Geographic Information System Research And Design

Geographic information system is a new and developing subject which is based on the geographical science, information science, remote sensing science, space science, system science, computer science and management science. It is an interdisciplinary which concentrates the features and advantages of several subjects. Nowadays, it has gradually become a powerful information management and decision tool. Because of the fast and effective ability of organizing and managing data, it has been applied to city planning, environmental monitoring, city land management, disaster prevention and control, military administration and so on. At the same time, because of the continuous advance of the computer performance and the rapid progress of the network technology, the geographic information system is introduced in the network and changes the method of getting, delivering, sharing and appling geographic information. This change reduces the threshold of getting geographic information. It changes the special geographic information into the shared data. This makes our life abundant and convenient.With the development of the society, economy, science and technology, the standard of living is increasing and the requirements of the quality of living are strengthening. This makes Chinese tourism industry is continuously developing; the industrial scale is continuously enlarging. This causes that the tourism management model can't adapt to the progress of the tourism industrial scale. It confines the progress of the tourism industrial. Building the numerical tourist attraction is a effective method of changing traditional mode and breaking the bottle neck of progress. The web geographic information system of the Heng Mountain is a part of the numerical tourist attraction. It can show the general picture of the Heng Mountain on the network and make the tourists experience the charm of tourist attraction far away.On the basis of studding and analyzing WebGis, this paper designs a WebGis system by combining with the actual situation of the Heng Mountain. And it expounds the overall design of system and the realization of key technologies. This paper expands the following researches:It studies and discusses the WEB technologies.
