With the rapid development of new materials and new technology, and widely used of composite materials and heterogeneous combined materials in engineering practice, the interface problems has gradually draw the attention of people. Under the influence of the external loading, the interface cracks will expand, and this extension has important influence on the practical performance and life of the double materials structure. Many scholars carry on a large amount of research on the interfacial crack extension theory, expansion model of double materials and the factors affecting its expansion, but for combining the projectile-concrete interface fracture mechanics theory has not yet mature.Because of the projectile-concrete interface there with stress singularity, interface edge is usually the rupture initiation point, thus establishing combining the projectile-concrete interface fracture criterion is very necessary.This paper studies the isotropic and orthotropic double material plane right-angled combination of the interface stress singularity problem, a composite fracture complex variable method, by establishing z j plane in the complex-variable function, according to special stress function, will composite material plane fracture problem into a partial differential equation, and using the boundary value problem solving boundary conditions, the eight order homogeneous linear equations, eventually obtaining isotropic and orthotropic double material plane right-angled combined with the characteristic equations, and interface to numerically solve stress singularity is discussed. Results show that, for different combination materials, isotropic and orthotropic double material plane right-angled combining interface edge stress can have a singular or don't have singularity.This paper adopts basic equations of elastic mechanics, using stress function, use the plane got the tablet lap interface stress singularity index and stress field theory formula, through different material parameters combination and different angles changes, orthotropic double material, isotropic double material, a kind of isotropic and a kind of orthotropic double material combination of three different against flat plate material of overlapped interface edge stress distribution law. The results show that with the change ofΓandθ, different combination will present a different material stress the rule, use these rules can be in interface edge crack fracture criterion or other engineering applications as basis.
