Changbai Mountain mineral water root from the hinterland of Changbai Mountain virgin forests, the water is abundant, long-term natural mineralization, excellent water quality, consistent with the prevalence quality of mineral water at home and abroad, it has great development value. However, the product range is single, homogeneous phenomenon is conspicuous, enterprise product lack of features, not yet formed a series of high-end product, not produce due economic benefits. Through evaluate and analysis the features of Changbai Mountain mineral water and well-known mineral water from home and broad, study the technical dimensions of Changbai Mountain Mineral Water in-depth, for further mining the unique advantages of Changbai Mountain mineral water, determine the production R & D direction accord with the water sources characteristics for the product of Changbai Mountain mineral water, help companies develop new products with high added value, achieve the value reunification of mineral water, it has an important practical significance on promote the scientific development of Changbai Mountain natural mineral water industry.Based on the water quality characteristics, rich water, microbial indicators, the protection status of Changbai Mountain mineral water, the mineral resources in Changbai Mountain area was evaluated, results showed that: the rich natural mineral water resources in Changbai Mountain area's was formed of unique geological structure and geographical conditions, natural eco-environment, lush forests and vegetation, low-density population ,ensure the natural, pure, clean condition, free of human pollution factor of Changbai Mountain natural mineral water. The Changbai Mountain natural mineral water has a high potential value and development potential. Based on comparative analysis of the current evaluation model, in order to use less representative evaluation factors to summarize a variety of factors reflected in the water quality information, use the fuzzy evaluation model to fuzzy comprehensive evaluate the natural mineral water in the Changbai Mountain area. The results indicate that of the 9 point Mineral spa of Changbai Mountain area, 7 are accord with lineⅠwater quality, 2 comply with GradeⅡ. The quality of mineral water in Changbai Mountains is good, is a very fine mineral water origin.Through single factor evaluate the mineral water in Changbai Mountain area, the results show that: the DO, permanganate consumption, pH, fluoride, anionic surfactants of the 9 spa points in Changbai Mountain area are accord withⅠwater quality. Based on natural mineral water National standards GB8537-2008, natural mineral water in Changbai Mountain area are in line with national standards for drinking natural mineral water. Through evaluate and analysis the standard index of relevant indicators showed that the indicators are in line with its corresponding water quality requirements.To investigate the effects of drinking water samples through magnetic, use quanyang natural mineral water,tap water and distilled water for magnetization experiments in different conditions. The results show that: After magnetization, the water conductivity to some extent increase and range of different magnetic field is different. Magnetization can also improve mineral water pH, decrease ORP value of mineral water, which makes the activity of reactive oxygen species in vivo reduction and enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity, inhibition the excess Reactive oxygen species. Use the calcium carbonate to characterize the water solubility of the insoluble salt, at the conditions room temperature, 48 hours, 500mT magnetic field, through magnetic treatment can slightly improve the solubility, but limited.
