Basic investigation and studying on the geothermal resource which is as an important part of natural resources, not only benefit to keep on the development of regional economy and improve the quantity of the people living, but also promote the local traveling resources . So the research has the crucial realistic meaning and economic value.This paper used the theory and technique of isotopic hydrogeochemistry and hudrogeochemistry. We analysed the regional geology background, stratum and rock character and mail hydrogeologic conditions, discussed the basic condition of geothermal water existing, studied the material of 5D, 818O, T value, and deuterium excess (d-excess) parameter. The following results have been obtained.1. Using the theory of environment isotope and deuterium excess (d-excess) parameter, we found the cause of formation of spring ground water in mianzhu area, including the water origin and transportation process and recharge and discharge relationship of various water bodies and hydrogeologic units;2. The type of terrestrial heat system is low-medium temperature system of convective type;3. This paper valued the Si well (including the scale of geothermal water, exploitation potential and evaluation of medical treatment mineral water);4. This paper also chose the developmental areas of terrestrial heat resource: nearby the sampling spot of 3, 8, 9 and 10.
