This paper is an application of Computational Fluid Dynamics in the turbulent flow of three-dimensional air-conditioned room. The airflow structure, velocity, temperature and the law of heat exchange on the condition of the forced convection are studied. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of physical and mathematical model, the iterative method is adopted to the conjugated governing equations, and the numeration of the coefficient to the convection-diffusion equation, SIMPLEC algorism, staggered grid method, ADI line iteration method, and block correction technique are used, and so on. K-ε turbulence model linked with the wall function are applied to the boundary condition. The results of numerical simulation for many different kinds of airflow are expressed in streamline chart of airflow structure through the computer graphics, and the law and character of the airflow distribution and the application are discussed. The results validate that the K-ε turbulence model in the numerical computation to the airflow structure of thermal non-uniform room is feasible. At the same time, it is elicited that the numerical simulation also helps man to predict the effect of the airflow designing. Its application is of great importance to the increase of the level of the designing project of airflow organization in the air-conditioned room, the increase of the air quality in the room, the decrease of the energy expensed in the building, the energy saving design to the heat environment of the building and the evaluation of the air quality in it.
