To measure and control with the computer is much more accurate than that by hand. Using these technologies can save much time, as the result, the efficiency and the quality of the projects can be greatly improved.In this disquisition, we mainly discuss the use of the technologies in measure and control of the projects under the sea in order that we can confirm the orientation accurately.Today, people can measure through several approaches such as by sonar, by simplest tools, by GPS technology etc. Among them, GPS technology develops fastest.Following America, Russia and Europe, we Chinese people are trying our best to study our own global positioning system. On January this year, Chinese people launched the second secondary planet of navigation of GPS, we can believe, before long, we'll have our own GPS.Measure and control technologies are widely used in projects under sea, it develops very well, especially GPS, wireless and internet technology's fast development is of great importance for the human science. The sea covers 49% of the earth, the 21st century will be the century of the sea economy, the resource in the sea will belong to those who master the advanced technology. So, studying these technologies will be very available for our offspring.
