In order to make the work efficaciously and modernly, information manage system is designed by data recorded by LLS from 2002 to 2003. It can require data quickly; draw chart and display lightning rule. Then on the basis of lightning strike damage in Suzhou from 1999 to 2003, the damage grade is marked out according to data recorded by LLS and lightning strike damage degree. Finally how to avoid lightning strike damage is putted forward by a lightning protection example.
