Autocad-based Building Housing Property Visualization Management System

The real estate management is a part of the cadastral management, which plays an important role in the economic building. With the rapid developing of our country economy and the reducing of land-resource, the building becomes one focus of the cadastral management. Studying using computer technology in the real estate management is very important for promote it's scientific management.The building management system based on 3D Visualization in the paper is designed for the estate management during it's lending and selling. It's platform is the AutoCAD 2002 which is empoldered by Autodesk Inc. of the USA, and it is empoldered by the Object ARX 2000 programming language. Based on 3D Visualization, the user can observe the whole building from different visual angle and operate the building's manage works, such as estate's query, changing and register. This system will make an excellent foundation for the scientific management of the real estate.This paper simply introduces the development and the trend in the field of cadastral and estate management, and shows the purpose and the meaning of this research. It also discusses the systemic radical frame design, the data-base design, and the performance realization about the real estate management system of building which is based on AutoCAD's 3D Visualization.
