The rural land resource is the important and main component of the land resource. So it is more important to protect the rural land resource. The legal system of protection of resources of rural land is one of the legal systems of environmental resources of our country; and it is the important component of the legal system of our country. But there are many serious pollutions and destructions phenomenon in utilization and development of resources of rural land in our country at present. But the current rural land resource legislation lags behind relatively. So it is necessary to carry on the completion of relevant legal systems and legislation in our country. The thesis will begin from the logic starting point of the study of rural land resources protection of legal system, main research of the history of the domestic and international rural legal system changes of land resource, the problems of rural land resources development and utilization of our country, the current situation\problem and improvement measures of rural land resource legislation in our country. In order to guarantee the reasonable exploitation of the rural land resource, promote the sustainable development of the rural economy , keep the harmonious stability of the rural society , build the socialist new countryside, I think we should define the rural land resource ownership subject of the land resource in our country, improve rural land resource related system in our country, prevent rural pollution and destruction of land resource and strengthen the legal cultural construction of our country rural land resources protection to improve current rural land resource legislation. We hope these systems can promote the sustainable use of countryside land resource and the sustainable development of rural economy.
