Establishmend & Appliation Of Rural Land Use Database At The County Level

Land resource is the basic natural resource for people living on. Nowadays, we have to master the current situation and updation of land use, with the rapid economic development, urbanization, increasing building land, agricultural structural adjustment and land use change. However the traditional current land use management is relatively backward, which cannot satisfy the current practical requirements. On the condition, it tends to apply the advanced database technology in order to master the land use current situation and future trend. It is urgent to achieve efficient management and updation of land use data, and provide the effective technological method for national land use dynamic balance macro-control.This paper applies comprehensive surveying and mapping method, ArcGIS and Cangqiong National Land Data Processing Softwares to construct rural land use database of Ganquan County, Yan'an City and also makes some applicable research, under the background of the National Land Survey Project and based on Land Administration Departments' requirements.This paper aims to rural land use database construction methods at the county level, starting from research background and current situation in this field at home and abroad. This paper simply introduces the relative concepts and contents of rural land use survey and rural land use database. Under the requisite of analyzing and researching the basic rural land use database, rural land use database construction of Ganquan County is implemented and its output is imported according to special regulations.
