Discrete Segments Weighted Voronoi Diagram Generated

Line segment weighted Voronoi diagram is an important generalization of the ordinary Voronoi diagram in two sides of building element and weight. The author of this article shows us how to generate line segment weighted Voronoi diagram with a discrete construction. The main ideas of the thesis are: Firstly, on the result of researched Voronoi diagrams, the paper generalizes the pointed building element to line segment, at the same time, we provide the definition of line segment weighted Voronoi diagram; Secondly, we provide the main idea of the discrete construction, building arithmetic of the discrete construction, key technique, compare and analyses with old method in line segment weighted Voronoi diagram; Thirdly, we use line segment weighted Voronoi diagram to solve problems of virescence and water area's partition; At last ,we give the main resource programs which concerned in this paper and are realized with Visual C++ language.
