The rapid urbanization appears as the fast change of landuse and landcover. Ecological Land, which can maintain the good ecological environment quality and maintain the region ecological equilibrium direct beneficial land, is degenerating because of the expansion of Building Land. China will continue to be in the urbanized high speed development for a long period in the future, so studying the rule of Ecological Land evolution has importment theory and practial significance both for environment and the decision-making.This article combines the cellular automaton and multi-agent to explore the rule of Urban Ecological Land evolution. The cellular automaton part has used Logistic method to probe the rule of several spatial variables and the neighborhood, using the historical data. Multiagent part includes Gov_agent and Human_agent. The Gov_agent considers the Human-agent influence and the short-term urban planning which is based on comprehensive plan and considers both economical aspect and political aspect. Human-agent mainly considers the needs of Urban Green Space. Restrictions and random facts are also imported, the former restricts the area and the latter makes the whole simulation process more authentic. This article has established the model using ArcGIS, taking Shenzhen city as an example to test the Model. The part includes pretreating data, determinating the regression equation, analyzing the test result three sections. The test result indicates that the model can respond the urban Ecological Land evolution rule in certain extent, also can give some suggestion for the urban planning -making.
