Study Of The Method Of 3g Integraty Technology Based On Google Earth

In this paper, it is based on the study of Google Earth. Via the study of interface and KML label language which provided by Google Earth, we make sure that it is feasible to develop process based on Google Earth and put forward a new developing mode based on the Google Earth and 3G integration, and at last, it is proved through the pipe patrol system.In this paper, we have a useful exploration for the development mode based on Google Earth and 3G integration , and discuss a lot of issues that is need to be resolved during the process of developing, and at last, we bring forward a comprehensive development process.In this paper, we introduce the main ideas about conversion from vector data of ArcGIS to KML, meanwhile, put forward the conversion methods, and at last, we make it to come true through process. Via the analyzing vector data between Google Earth and traditional GIS, Summing up both similarities and differences, we build data conversion model of points, lines and areas through building configuration database and 7 parameters conversion methods, at last, we implement the precise conversion about spatial information and attribute information of GIS vector data, as s result, KML data is more expressive after the conversion.In this paper, we make use of Windows API to access form handle, then, make Google Earth client applications to be hided in the background and make the Map display window to be embedded into our own procedures, at last, we develop our own user control which can make development more convenient. In conclusion, we interact with it's proscenium by Google Earth user control and develop by the method of communication with background adopting COM API.In this paper, via summarizing the complicated but religious relation among the many KML label language and adopting Object-oriented thinking, we package KML label language into KML class at many kinds of forms, for example, interface, Base class, and so on. Accordingly , KML documents become more easily generate and control.In this paper, at last ,we design the pipe patrol system which prove the developing methods and theories about Google Earth and 3G integration, and make a conclusion and expectation for the studying results.
