Beijing Olympic Games Action Plan and Host City Contract indicate that anybody whois at anytime, anyplace can acquire safe, convenient, rapid, highly effective, affordable,abundance, no language obstacle, individually information services by 2008 year in order toguarantee success of Beijing Olympic Games and at the same time, in order to manifest ourinformation level and achievement to the world. In addition, the plan and contract alsoindicate that the most successful Olympic Games should be hold in the history. Space information mobile services are one kind of mobile services systems based onWebGIS. It follows W3C criterions .On the one hand, it can afford safe, convenient, rapid,highly effective geography information services. On the other hand, the abundance, noobstacle and individuality services are afforded by anybody at anytime, at anyplace and usingany device. It will be two gains that combining mobile geography information system withOlympic Space Services. According to this, GIS facing to Olympic Space Services of mobile device is a safe,convenience, rapid, highly effective, abundance, no obstacle, individuality geographyinformation services that anybody can afford at anytime, at anyplace. Anybody, anytime andanyplace always are called 3A. So the development trend of geography information system isnamed 3A GIS by me. In this article, firstly, through expatiating on the notion of Space information mobileservice system, I want to build space geography information system. Secondly, original shapeof development flat and development methods are confirmed on the basic of SVG and GMLvector expression techniques of mobile map transfer. Lastly, design development experimentfacing mobile device map vector expression original system of Beijing Olympic Games Webis used by using Embedded Visual C++4.0, WinCE and eSuperMap5.0 software. It is a totally new study area of WebGIS to combine GML of XML with SVG. Computertechniques are used in this system and success has already been made to some extent. Itshould be point out that the model is not perfect, especially to complex application of GIS,because the system can only realize some simple functions, and other functions are needed tobe study in the future.
