Down-the-hole drill crawler hydraulic drilling rig running drive is mainly used in mine and walked a short distance from borehole displacement, the status of mine workers with a poor environment and low operating efficiency, large power consumption. These factors drive the performance of their walk to the higher requirements. Because the lack of theoretical research on the non-domestic type construction vehicle traction drive system driving, in this paper, it will combine with the research of the major science and technology project in Hunan Province, "the Integration of Hydraulic DTH", from the match criteria, analysis methods of the drive system to the introduction of transmission efficiency, the overall depth discussion to the match of the performance parameters of the traction performance analysis, and using simulation software AMEsim DTH drive system to the analysis of dynamic characteristics. This can provide a theoretical reference for the design of the traveling drive system. The paper will open a research from the following:A brief description of the development of DTH status and research, focusing on analysis of walking at home and abroad DTH drive system development and performance characteristics of the research to clarify the purpose and significance.Thoroughly analysis on the working principle of down-the-hole drilling traveling hydraulic drive system, the engine and pump, the match performance parameters of pump and motor, the system of traffic-driven dynamics and the kinematics analysis to explore the slip rate and the traction matching relations.The establishment of operating efficiency mathematical model on variable pump-hydraulic variable travel motor drive system to explore the DTH operating speed in a reasonable scope and the scope of work pressure, analysis of variable displacement pumps and motors in the reasonable controlling scope.On the basis of matching in the overall performance parameters, importing transmission efficiency, combining with kinetics and kinematics analysis, establishing the traction of DTH mathematical model to analyze its traction characteristics, combine with experiments to verify the mathematical model.Finally, using simulation software AMEsim, establishing DTH hydraulic traveling drive system simulation model to analyze the dynamic driving characteristics under the conditions in a typical hydraulic system, combining with simulation experiments to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the model and by comparing the analysis of the hydraulic system, providing a theoretical reference for the design and improvement.
