There are various methods of processing the feces from the livestock farm in the countrywide. Some apply the large-and-middle-sized firedamp engineering technology into processing the animal feces, controlling environmental pollution, gaining firedamp resource, making fertilizer, and developing ecological agriculture; Some use the firedamp to generate electricity, to solve parts of the producing and living energy, and to create economic value; Some use the animal feces to culture edible fungi after being processed; And some return it to the field directly. Although all of these processing methods are analyzed technically and have a certain scientificalness, their working ratio is low because of the limit of the economic benefit. This thesis researches the feasibility of the dung disposal in the practical production by analyzing the costs and benefits of the processing methods of animal feces. It analyzes the factors that influence the dung disposal in our country and obtains the integrative tactics of cultural pollution control which is to strengthen the source control and to combine farming with grazing, so that the cultural pollution will be resolved thoroughly.The thesis takes Handan city in Hebei province for example. It finds out the mode, cost, effect and profit of the piggery dung disposal in this area according to the investigation of the piggeries of different scales in the 15 districts of Handan city; It gives a workable dung disposal mode according to the contrastive analysis of the processing costs and benefits; It puts forward the way to follow the recycling economy on the premise of making the livestock breeding pollution control strategy and strengthening the source control, and resolves the animal feces pollution fundamentally by understanding the overseas advanced experience of dung disposal of livestock farms, combined with the base situation of the livestock breeding pollution control in our country.
