Mining provides power for economic and social development through the supply of energy and resources,and has made outstanding contributions to the development and progress of human society.At the same time,however,mining has seriously interfered with and damaged regional ecosystems,resulting in unbalance in the natural ecosystem structure of the mining area,causing serious pollution of regional water bodies,soils and atmosphere,producing a large amount of solid waste,causing a series of social,economic and environmental problems.Mine Ecological Restoration is an important measure to maintain the regional ecological balance and build a socialism harmonious society.And it is effective to promote the sustainable development of local economy and the harmony between man and nature.Nevertheless,currently,whether in practice or theoretical research,mine ecological restoration mainly focuses on the pollution removal and vegetation restoration,which requires a large amount of capital investment.The comprehensive management effect is not obvious,the value-added space of the lands is limited,which leads to the limited effect in the local economic transformation and social development.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new model to deal with a series of problems such as ecological,technical,financial and social impacts in the mine repair process.This study,based on the theory of circular economy,sustainable development theory and system theory,relies on circular economy to develop circular economy industry and green economy industry to solve the difficult problems of mine ecological restoration in China.Through comprehensive utilization of mining-related wastes,relying on mine wasteland to establish technology chain,industrial chain,ecological chain and value chain,and build a recycling ecological restoration model based on the linkage and interaction of multiple chains to effectively realize the comprehensive benefits of economic,ecological and social.Meanwhile,by using statistical methods to construct a scientific comprehensive benefit evaluation index system and model of mine restoration,the research evaluate the new mine repair model constructed and studied,and evaluate its poor performance with traditional mine ecological restoration.This research broadens the development horizon of mine ecological restoration,develops a new mine repair model with multiple chains of technology,industrial,ecological and value chain systematically,and reverses the mine ecological restoration industry from high investment but low income to low input but high income.The main conclusions of this research are as follows.1.Based on an analytical framework of"element-chain-system",this study adopted five typical mine ecological restoration project in the case comparative study,and find out three main way of mine ecological restoration which is called as factors restoration,chain added and restore system.The study illustrates in detail the essential connotation of the restoration of ecological chain,technique chain,industry chain and value chain.Based on the common features of five typical cases,we inductivly draw three restoration mode,which are simple ecological restoration model,industry embedded restoration mode and value-added restoration mode.Finally,based on the different coupling ways of multi-chains,the model of mine ecological restoration is constructed to provide guidance for the sustainable development of China's abandoned mine restoration and mining industry.2.Based on the newly developed core elements of mine ecological restoration,this paper systematically constructs an index system of mine restoration effect evaluation under the ecological,economic and social benefit.Firstly,based on the principle of Triple Bottom Line,on the basis of literature research,and according to the specific characteristics of mine rehabilitation projects,a preliminary index set consisting of 25 indexes is constructed.Then,the evaluation index system consisting of 3 criteria levels and 16 evaluation indexes is constructed by comprehensively using the combination of subjective and objective methods such as membership analysis,correlation analysis and rational analysis.This index system makes up for the lack of specific evaluation scheme for mine remediation,and will provide support for the development and improvement of the ecological remediation mode of reinforced abandoned mines.3.This paper constructs an evaluation model of the ecological restoration model of abandoned mines,and makes an empirical study and comparative analysis of three mine ecological restoration models summarized in five typical projects.Based on the evaluation index system,this article constructed by using the G1 method and entropy value method to calculate the subjective and objective weights,and through the optimal combination of empowerment analysis method to calculate the index weight,and after the combination weight is calculated with normalized processing parameter values into the abandoned mine ecological restoration of TOPSIS and grey correlation evaluation model,calculating the composite scores of mine restoration project,and from the overall level,the criterion layer and index layer three dimensions of comparative analysis.The results show that simple chain,industrial embedded and value-added type three kind of reconstruction mode of evaluation result difference is significant,The ecological restoration benefit score of value-added reconstruction mode is the highest,and the improvement measures are proposed according to the characteristics and shortcomings of the three reconstruction modes.
