Disposal of Municipal solid waste(MSW) has attained more and more social attentions with the development of social economy and the growing of people's environment protection consciousness. At the same time the energy value of MSW has been improved greatly, and the energy problem becomes more and more serious, as a result, energy and material recovery of MSW has attracted great attention from the whole society. Nowaday, gasification and gasification-melting of MSW can achieve MSW harmlessness,reduction and energy recovery, which becomes a new and potential technology of disposal of MSW.The typical components of MSW, for example, plastic,rubber,bamboo or wood,paper and so on, have been researched on a TG machine, and the weight lost temperature area,weight lost velocity,the temperature of weight lost apex of the components have been studied. Then, the gasification characters of the four components have been researched on fluidized-bed experiment flat, such as the components of the syngas, the heat value of the syngas, the energy convert efficiency. With the use of grey relation theory, the relationship between the character of materiel and the syngas has been researched, which provides important foundation for the building of the forecast model of MSW gasification.On the fluidized-bed experiment flat MSW gasification in the oxygen-riched condition also has been researched, and the oxygen concentration has been adjusted for different conditions, the experiment results has tell that, the heat value of syngas can be greatly improved with the improvement of oxygen concentration in the incoming gas, because it reduced the nitrogen concentration of syngas. The experiments have been completed and can provide references for low quality MSW disposal and syngs production of high quality MSW...
