As a main trend of arc welding machine,arc welding inverter associates with many subjects,such as joining,physics,power electronics and so on.On the other hand,technique for high power source is one of the active and front fields in power electronics.This thesis tries to do some research works in the aspects of establish model and simulation of the circuit of inverter welding power supply and control system,and the basic theory,circuit topology,control,simulation,etc are also researched in this thesis.This thesis introduces the development and direction of research of welding inverter, including evolvement of arc welding power in the aspect of main circuit,control mode,electronic device and material,modeling and simulation technology,pointed out that the research tendency of arc welding power and significance of modeling and simulation.This thesis selects the circuit of bridge inverter as the main circuit based on the analysis and relativity about several topology circuits which have been successfully applied in the welding inverter.The author also considers that the current control mode can prevent the transformer from bias magnet and restrain the instantaneous over-current of the power switch,so it fits the welding power source better.In this thesis,the designs of the hardware circuit of the bridge inverter welding power include the design of main circuit,driving circuit of IGBT and protect circuit.On second thought,it include the design of the rectifier and filter circuit in input and output,the bridge inverter circuit,the sampling and isolation circuit of feedback voltage and current,the protect circuit of over-voltage and under voltage,the circuit of soft start etc.On the base,establish model of the bridge circuit and design the analog controller.On this base,discrete the analog control algorithm,obtain the digital algorithm of the controller and the control parameter of the voltage and current controller.In the end,establish the function model in simulink and obtain the simulation results that verify the validity of the theory.This paper deals with the design of the bridge inverter power supply circuit,establish the function model,the design of the voltage and current controller,and obtain the emulator result by simulink.
